The Successful Engaged Course is for anyone who is engaged to be married or a couple who have done their Nikkah but are not yet living together.

Why do you need this?

Marriage, quite frankly, is one of the most important things you will embark upon. A great marriage, which is guided by the teachings of Islam, will be a source of peace and success throughout your life. It will produce the next generation of Muslims who need to be God-conscious and make valuable contributions to society. A difficult marriage, on the other hand, has the potential to disrupt your lives and the lives of those around you.

The Successful Engaged Course is designed to make sure you start to build the blocks of a successful marriage by knowing the best way to approach it.

Topics covered in the course include:

  • How to fight right,
  • Navigating in-laws,
  • What happens during arguments
  • Wedding night Aamals
  • Prenuptial agreements
  • The important role of a best man and bridesmaid and how to select one
  • Rights of husband and wife
  • Sexual Intimacy – the pre marriage chat (this will be conducted separately for men and women).
